🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

At SILDUNA, each piece is made-to-order using a print-on-demand process. This means we do not keep inventory, and your item is created just for you when your order is placed.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged or has a production error, we’re here to help.

🖼️ Made-to-order fine art prints

All works are printed using giclée technology on museum-quality fine art paper through Gelato's professional global network.

🛡️ Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us at silduna@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Attach clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging

  3. Include your order number and shipping address

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll reprint and resend your item at no additional cost.

🚫 Non-refundable situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect design, size, or color selection by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Orders marked as delivered but not received (e.g., stolen after delivery)
